BALTIMORE (AP) — A Maryland man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for utilizing a facility of interstate commerce to try to entice a minor to have interaction in sexual exercise.
A U.S. Legal professional’s Workplace information launch says 39-year-old Kenneth Brian Fischer was indicted Thursday.
In keeping with the only rely indictment, Fischer used electronic message and textual content messaging to try to coerce a minor to fulfill for intercourse between Aug. 31 and Sept. 5.
The information launch says Fischer was beforehand arrested on associated fees and has been in custody since Sept. 13.
